ABOUT

It used to be easy to describe what I do. “Designer ... I design things ... simple.” The title rapidly became more ambiguous adding, developer, and its many iterations and dissections. Most recently I moved into project management. Regardless of the (Stetson) hat I may be wearing my goals have always been the same—solve problems, help people, make it simple.

Currently working in Austin, Texas, I’m a Digital Project Manager at Zehnder Communications (New Orleans/Nashville) where I work with a team of developers and designers to create cool stuff for fun people.

The Digital Project Manager role at Zehnder is a hybrid position where I can use any of my skills when needed for a project. I seamlessly switch from project management to UX/UI design, scrum master to account strategy, front-end development to therapist ... you get the idea. Having the technical skills and experience to fill all of these roles makes me the most dangerous helpful person in the room.

My recent work has focused on producing interactive solutions for clients in the travel/hospitality, energy, financial and healthcare industries. I've received multiple Gold and Silver ADDY Awards for my design, development, and copywriting work, was 2021 Zehnder Team Member of The Year, and way back in 2011 was named Creative Advertising Person of the Year by the Ad Club of New Orleans.

After hours I play drums, build furniture with salvaged wood, play baseball and take my dogs to any and all rivers.
