Origin Bank is focused on helping people, small businesses, and large companies grow and prosper throughout Louisiana, Texas, and Mississippi. This is achieved through a strong focus on customer service and relationships.
Zehnder Communications was tasked with creating a modern, clean website for Origin Bank that simplified the information architecture to reflect their current product offerings, improved the overall user experience and focused on Origin Bank's relationship banking philosophy.
We also needed to maintain multilingual capabilties, and applications to manage products, team members and more from the previous site.
One tactic we used was introducing personalized content for users. We accomplished this by creating a system that delivers content based on a user's site usage, visitation frequency, geo location or referral source. This enables us to introduce content that a user is more likely to engage with and is completely customizable within the CMS.
Origin.bank is built with the Zehnder CMS, and is a react-based static site. I was responsible for product management and UX/UI design direction.
