One Gas, Inc is one of the largest natural gas utilities in the United States, providing distribution services to more than two million customers in Oklahoma, Kansas and Texas.
Zehnder is partnered with One Gas to modernize the web presence for their three operating companies; Oklahoma Natural Gas, Texas Gas Company and Kansas Gas Company. The project has two distinct phases. Phase One focusing on the consumer-marketing side of the website and Phase Two focusing on the customer experience behind the login—streamlining userflows for service calls, bill payment and more. Zehnder's role is to provide strategy, UX/UI direction, design comps, development consultation and general support.
The One Gas in-house team is responsible for development of both phases and I coordinate closely with them–participating in weekly standups and providing UX design and development direction.
Phase One wrapped in late 2021 and Phase Two is currently underway.
TexasGasService.com, OklahomaNaturalgas.com and KansasGasService.com are custom-built websites driven by Sitecore. My role as Product Manager is to provide support and direction for the Zehnder UX team, create project schedules, manage the budget, lead presentations and be the voice of the customer while working through project requirements.
